After 5 business days, we will not issue an order cancellation or a refund unless there is an issue with your order (i.e. you ordered the wrong size, you received a defective item, or you are not 100% satisfied with our products.) If a wrong size has been ordered, we will happily issue an exchange.
To make a return or exchange, our product must be in unworn and unused condition. A restocking fee of $10 will apply to all exchanges to cover the cost of remaking the product. Customers will be responsible to pay shipping fees. Returns or exchanges will no be accepted on any custom items.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to ask for a return or exchange. Products must be shipped back within 10 days of your package being delivered.
If an item arrives to you and has a manufacturing error due to something on our end, then we will promptly address the issue and correct the mistake at no cost to the customer. Once our products leave our hands, we do not have any way of knowing or controlling how they are used or cared for. We do best to provide customers with information regarding the proper use and care of our products. Therefore, it is impossible, for these reasons, for us to provide a guarantee of any RoKodog products. While we only use the highest quality and most durable materials, reasonable wear and tear can be expected.
If you have any issues with your RoKodog products, please contact us within 60 days of receipt of your products.
